it all began in Europe many years ago with a simple dream.

Emad was trained by top Italian chefs in a Mediterranean Ristorante in Madrid - Malak trained in wood-fired pizza making
with a great Italian pizza master  . . . 
and they both  just wanted to serve authentic Italian and Mediterranean food, cooked with passion, 

with family style service . . . and at top value!
